The straight answer
What an MSc gives you that a first job does not, and the other way round. Name the trade offs. If the honest answer is “it depends on the MSc”, say which kind it depends on.
What employers actually say
This is a place to quote a real employer from the directory, once we have one willing. Until then, leave the space and say so.
